RESTRAINING ORDER DRAMA: Tate Paul's Case Against Ex Taylor Frankie Paul DISMISSED
The court just threw out Tate Paul's bid to keep his ex-wife at bay—and the judge was NOT impressed with his evidence.
Plot twist in the Paul family playbook! According to Us Weekly and E! Online, Tate Paul's temporary restraining order against ex-wife Taylor Frankie Paul has been DENIED. Ouch. Court documents obtained July 1 reveal the judge wasn't buying what Tate was selling: "As Tate himself recognizes, many of his supporting allegations are based upon inadmissible hearsay, without any corroborating evidence," the ruling read.
The court basically said "nice try, but no dice"—several of Tate's concerns, including claims about the kids' school performance, didn't hold up under legal scrutiny. Without solid proof to back up his allegations, the judge had no choice but to toss the whole thing.
It's a major loss for Tate in what's clearly been a messy separation battle. Taylor Frankie Paul can breathe a sigh of relief—at least on this front! The exes will likely need to hash out their differences through other legal channels, but this particular restraining order isn't happening.
