Colin Farrell, Steve Coogan, and a powerhouse ensemble are joining the Irish period thriller that starts filming this summer.

Lights, camera, revenge! Netflix's hotly anticipated Irish period thriller "Bad Bridgets" just locked in a killer ensemble cast that'll make your jaw DROP. According to Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, Colin Farrell ("Banshees of Inisherin," "In Bruges"), Steve Coogan ("Philomena"), Charlie Heaton ("Stranger Things"), and Domhnall Gleeson ("Ex Machina") are all boarding the project, joining previously announced leads Emilia Jones and Alison Oliver.
But WAIT — there's MORE! Himesh Patel ("Yesterday"), Niamh Algar ("The Iris Affair"), and Simone Kirby ("Kneecap") round out the powerhouse lineup. Director Rich Peppiatt, fresh off "Kneecap," is helming the revenge saga, which reportedly draws inspiration from a history book about Irish women emigrants. Talk about stacking the deck!
Production kicks off in Northern Ireland this July, so fans won't have to wait forever to see these A-listers bring this period thriller to life. Netflix is betting big on this one, and with a cast THIS stacked, we're already counting down the days!
