Ring the bell! Prime Video is bringing the story of The Greatest to the small screen with a brand-new Muhammad Ali limited series, and it's landing November 4. The announcement came straight from the Essence Festival of Culture on Saturday, where creator, showrunner and exec producer Ben Watkins gathered the troops—including star Jaalen Best and an impressive supporting cast including Dana Gourrier, Amin Joseph, Kai Parham, and Michael Ealy—to give fans their first look at the project.
According to Deadline, the reveal came with all the fanfare you'd expect for a story this big, setting the stage for what could be one of streaming's most anticipated drops this fall. With a powerhouse creative team and cast assembled, Prime Video looks ready to deliver a knockout portrayal of the boxing icon's legendary life and times.
