AVATAR SEASON 2 STUMBLES ON NETFLIX—DOWN 59% FROM DEBUT!
The live-action hit returns with 8.7M views in four days, but fans aren't rushing back like they did for Season 1.

Netflix's live-action 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' Season 2 landed with a thud this week, according to Variety and Deadline. The new episodes grabbed 8.7 million views in their first four days, sliding into the No. 2 spot on Netflix's English-language TV charts—but that's a HUGE step backward. When Season 1 premiered last year, it roared out of the gate with 21.2 million views, meaning Season 2 is down a whopping 59%.
Meanwhile, Harlan Coben's latest thriller 'I Will Find You' is totally stealing the spotlight! The mystery grabbed 34 million views in its first full week on Netflix (June 22–28), making it the most-watched title of the period and topping Avatar's sophomore showing by a landslide.
The numbers tell the story: fans were PUMPED for live-action Aang, Katara & crew the first time around, but the second season hasn't rekindled that same magic. Still, hitting No. 2 ain't exactly a flop—it's just proof that even the biggest hits can face sophomore slumps in the streaming wars!
